a. LONG YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION โ which is 4 yrs in
college
b. ACCREDITATION โ from the word credited which is approved and
recognized by the law of the Philippines and the DOE
c. LICENSING โ this is a mandatory and not voluntary to have for
you to be recognized as a profession teacher.The examination
was administered by PRC (Professional Regulatory Commission )
which is called LICENSURE EXAMINATION for TEACHERS (LET)
d. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT โ as a professional teacher,you
should still maintain and improve your knowledge ,skills and
ability. CPD ACT OF 2016 ALSO KNOWN AS CONTINUING
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OR RA 10912.
e. PROFESSIONAL SOCIETIES โ be professional even that you are
outside the school premises,once your Professional Teacher you
have dignity to keep
f. CODE OF ETHICS โ use to make sure that the teachers of the
Philippines are well behaved
PROFESSIONAL โ one who has competent skills ,high standards of a profession or
jobs and person who abides the Code Of Ethics
PROFESSIONALISM โ standing,practice or methods of a professional as distinguished
from an amateur
