WRITING ACTIVITY 1
1. Which among the four workplace dynamics do you perceive to be the most challenging? Explain in not
more than 5 properly phrased sentences. (5 points).
- The most challenging is "diversity in the workplace" for me. Because some of us can't avoid the fact that
we have discrimination in the place we work. The best example of this was judging your ethnicity and
your religion. Also, some of us have fun if our co-workers make a mispronounce English. So, we are hard
to find a good and not toxic place when it comes to our work. Also, the co-workers to be with us.
2. How can communication help in organization to reach out to clients and offer their products and services.
Explain briefly by using your own words. (5 points)
- Thru communications, we can help our organizations to find a client. We have encouraged to speak and
do not shy when we approach the client. We can explain to them what our product and services are so that
we can catch their attention. Constant communication leads to trustworthiness because clients know they
can easily reach you and get a timely response. Also, it boosts popularity and fosters stronger relationships.
The more a client believes in a company, the more likely it is that demand for its products and services
will rise.
3. In your academic institution, create an infographic identifying three (3) people who belong to each of the
different generations mentioned in this lesson. Substantiate your findings with data as to their ages, and
assigned position or rankings. (Ex. The President, The College Dean and the Secretary or staff)-10 points.
