Indeed water is essential to everyone. It is one way to survive for it is one of the basic needs of all living things. Unfortunately as time passes by water becomes distinct and people mostly who are poor were experiencing scarcity of water. The primary purpose of conducting this study was to gage or know the performance level of water system in Barangay Canmanico, since Canmanico is one of the Barangay in the Municipality of Valencia where outmost number of residents are living.

Significance of the Study:
The researcher believes that the study would be beneficial to the following:
Community. The community will have their opportunity to express their feelings towards the level of satisfaction of water system that will serve as their first step fight problems related to scarcity of water or poor water system.
Barangay Officials. The barangay officials will be informed of the level of satisfaction of the respondents towards water system that will serve as their guide to promote and make possible solutions to improve their water system.
Municipal Officials. The municipal officials will be aware of the problems and struggles water system of some residents living in barangay sectors that will serve as their wake up call to promote possible solutions and improve their operation of water systems in some barangay sectors.
Future Researchers. The accomplishment of the study will serve as their reference for future studies and will be useful in widening their knowledge about their studies related exactly to the water system.
