Mr. Mallari’s perspective has changed after he met with his former classmate Estelito Chan who has a well established appliance assembly plant in Manila. Mr. Mallari thinks that his three sons who are top in their class has a potential to help him to establish his dream assembly plant. II. Statement of the Problem
