produce different types of cloths such as T-shirts, shorts, pants, long sleeves, short
sleeves, polo shirt, jackets, skirts and dresses. Customers will be willing to pay the
premium because of the perceived value and quality guarantee that comes with all
products. The JRL Clothing Industry line is targeted the males and females between the
ages of 16 and 40.

JRL Clothing Industry will be founded in Clark Freeport zone, Pampanga. All operations,
from administration to marketing strategies, take place at this location of approximately
500 square feet.
ORGANIZATIONAL STUDY
JRL Clothing industry requires a simple organization. Jenalyn Lacsamana is the owner of
the company at the same time she is the Chief Executive Officer. Employee tasks are
delegated based upon their level of expertise, creativity, strengths and weaknesses.
