Group Criteria (15 marks)
5-4- Interesting, confident and effective/relevant introduction of the proposal with relevant hook. Able to introduce outline well with credible statement. 3-2- Not very interesting and/or effective and/ or relevant introduction of the proposal. Outline was not clear.
5-4- Interesting, effective, and or relevant elaboration of the proposal. Description of the project, commitment, costs and impacts were clearly explained. 3-2- Not very interesting and/or effective and/ or relevant elaboration of the proposal. Preparedness and Delivery (7 marks) 7-6 Presented confidently and fluently. Eye contact with the audience was consistently maintained. Professional mannerism was clearly demonstrated and maintained throughout the presentation. Able to present continuously though with occasional and unevenness. Minimal stumbling or groping for words. Maintained consistent eye contact with the audience. 5-4 Presented confidently and fluently. Eye contact with the participants was maintained almost all the time. Professional mannerism was maintained but not clearly demonstrated. Able to present continuously though with occasional and minor unevenness. Minimal stumbling or groping for words. 3-2 Presented quite confidently, although nervousness is quite visible. Eye contact with the audience was somewhat maintained. Professional mannerism was not clearly demonstrated and maintained. Moderately fluent, but able to keep presentation going although speech is sometimes uneven, hesitant and marked by some unsuccessful groping for words. 1-0 Able to present but lack of preparation is quite visible. Eye contact with the audience were irregularly maintained. Speech is frequently jerky, marked by many false starts. Professional mannerism was hardly demonstrated and maintained.
